1. Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
- We offer Standard shipping options across United Kingdom.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days. Cost: £3.99
3. International Shipping
- We offer international shipping worldwide.
- International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping option selected.
- Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Dùn-ní London is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
4. Shipping Address and Delivery Issues
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to resend the package to the correct address.
- In the case of lost, stolen, or damaged packages, please contact our customer service within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
- The sender is responsible for paying return postage, which Dunni London will not refund
